Devine was surrendered to a local shelter by her owner. She is about 3 years old and weighs 8 lbs. She was recently transferred to TANKS. Devine is very shy but is doing better with being around the other cats and the TANKS team. Based on how she deals with new things we suspect she was living outdoors and not actually in a home. She is learning to trust and that is great to see with her.
